01 Acceptance of these terms

Our free consult is an introductory conversation. Any guidance shared during a consult or on this site is general in nature and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and it is not a guarantee of any particular result. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Engaging Summit Strategy Works for paid services is governed by a separate written agreement.

06 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by: submitting false, scraped, or unauthorized contact information; registering on behalf of someone without their permission; attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems; or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there for any dispute.
